The Healthy Wheat Cake!


Dear all,

Here's a recipe I tried out which turned out exceptionally well. Its a wheat cake recipe which is extremely easy to make and delicious to taste! Do try it out and let me know how it worked for you! :)


Ingredients:

1 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup unsalted Butter
1 Cup Castor Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking soda

Method:

1. Sift the dry ingredients 5 times.
2. Beat the eggs, Vanilla Essence and butter in a large bowl.
3. Add the dry ingredients in the bowl and beat the entire mixture and check for lumps if any.
4. Grease the bake pan.
5. Preheat oven to 120 degrees Centigrade and bake for 40 mins.
